TheLoyale
Are you and Bill going to try and make usable tailgate? or has this been takin' care of already? Wondering how your gonna do that.. Keeping the drfrost is a good idea (It'll help since you arn't gonna have a wiper) Also, are you going to get 14s? with maybe a 25.6" tire (won't rub then) unless ur gonna stick a lift on aswell. oh the ideas are rolling in now hey!! -Tom
subaruguru
nope no tail gate if i cant lift it into he back it dose not need to go in it.
Flowmastered87GL
since you arent going to keep the wiper maybe you can rig up the wiper motor and squirter into a rear turret for tailgaters Basically it would turn left to right and squirt at offenders til you let go of the button

TheLoyale
Rob, aww thats too bad. but it would take alot of fab work indeed, need to make a support(s) for the sides and then try rigging a gate... Sounds like a job. "If you can't lift it you don't need it" Lol guess its true Ooo that'd get the people to stop sucking my rump roast (Hose'em down) Hehe!! -Tom
The Beast I Drive
Yeah the work involved to make a functioning tailgate on this thing would just be unreal, the tail lights would have to be heavily modified or replaced with some from a different rig, and the whole rear unibody would have to be braced and reinforced quite a bit, there is a lot of structural rigidity in that area that would be lost... Then the whole gate would have to be fabbed from new sheetmetal as well as the latch points and hinge points, So tailgate is a definite no. Its doable, but more work than its worth right now. Maybe someday in the future... -Bill
