Knichol
Does anyone know where you can get the washers that go behind the castle nut on the front hub? I am sure they have a specific name I am just not that savy to know it. (Besides the dealer - they have them for an arm an leg and have to order them)
Scoobywagon
They're just called conical washers. Let me hunt around in my garage. Pretty sure there's at least one or two floating around in there.
robm
He is probably after the bellville washer that sits between the conical washer and the nut. When I needed one, the local Subie dealer had one in a box of junk parts, but that was the only one to be had... The price was right, anyway. Rob. mudduck
I had to order the washer from the dealer along with the cone washer. This was a few years ago, but if I remember right, they weren't real cheap, but not super expensive either.
eVIL_NTT
I just got both from the dealership for about $12.00 a piece. Coulda saved a little with my discount through a friend if I wasn't in a hurry (which turned out to be for naught anyway.)
gwilson87
I got a set of the washer and conical washer in my garage. I also am pretty sure my local junkyard has lots to be taken that I can go snag on the weekends.
