kybishop
Some pictures of my 86 GL wagon. Nice wagon. Good solid runner. Bit of rust on rockers and typical places but solid underneath. Have a 77,000 mile EA82 SPFI slated to swap in soon. I do not see many in this light green. Anybody else? Interior is brown without a rip or crack. GeneralDisorder
It's a rare color, but I've seen a few over the years. I really like it personally and would love to get my hands on a pristene example. I would EJ it of course... GD
john in KY
Also my favorite color for the wagon. Saw one that color in Ohio many years ago but only the one. Subaru really should bring that color back.
kybishop
I am quite fond of it myself. Our 2000 Outback we have is close to the same green, a bit darker. What part of Kentucky you in John? I am in Frankfort. Edited September 1, 2009 by kybishop

Durania
That body style wagon in the white spoke wheels looks gorgeous.
3eyedwagon
There are about 3 of them in that color in my area that I keep a real close eye on to watch for a For Sale sign to suddenly pop up. If you found one in good enough condition; it'd be work swapping out an automatic or something undesireable for a D/R, imo. That, and the darker turqoise color are about the rarest, and my two favorite colors. Luckily, I also like the maroon. Not nearly as hard to find. Eh Jeff??? Subarule
Oh man, I've always loved that color. Wish they had been more common years ago when I bought my '86 wagon, I would definitely have gone with it.
Gloyale
I saw a ton of them in Hawaii. I think the rental fleets had a bunch of them, then they got sold to private owners.
kybishop
I'm third owner on this one. Traded a bed for it to the second owner. Read the owners manual and saw a name I recognized. Called him up and he said, "yes, I bought a new 86 Subaru GL wagon, it was green. I would like to have that car back." I am enjoying it. Running with no muffler at the moment, quite a rumble. Exits in front of rear wheel. EA82 SPFI doner car comes with new exhaust. Doner has power steering too which I don't have. Doner also has 4 nice doors with power windows I will not be using if any interest. That tan color or light yellow, whichever it is. KB
